You want to make a mark in your profession and grow your value globally. You want to innovate and lead with a difference.
Meet Santina
As a certified executive leadership coach, consultant, and speaker, I help executives, emerging leaders, and entrepreneurs thrive in demanding, fast-paced environments to achieve their professional goals.
I bring deep international experience as a senior executive and advisor leading and overseeing teams of professionals. I have helped organizations and executives build systems and processes to facilitate growth, build awareness and adapt to change. In addition, I have been a frequent speaker and trainer on matters related to accounting, auditing, and audit regulation.
I have over 30 years of experience leading teams of professionals with Big 4 accounting firms internationally and with the US audit regulator. My first-hand experience provides a unique opportunity to help professionals navigate challenges and competing demands in fast-paced environments. As a thought-partner and sounding board, I help professionals break through barriers to find their voice, manage priorities, and thrive.
Beyond my work as an executive coach, I serve as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for My Sister’s Place - a nonprofit whose mission is to shelter, support, and empower survivors of domestic violence and their children. I have also served as the Treasurer.
