Helping leaders structure their organizations to be the place where talented ambitious professionals succeed and meet stakeholder interests.

You are a high-performing professional leading teams to deliver significant results, serve stakeholders and make a difference. You want your firm to be on the leading-edge, retain a talented team, and meet stakeholder interests.

But you feel everything is coming at you at once. New standards, staff turnover, new technologies, regulatory oversight, and client transactions. You want to determine what is most important and do quality work.

It is time to change the conversation and shift your focus to elevate your leadership effectiveness.

That’s where I come in.

As a former audit regulator, I had a window into the broader accounting profession. I sensed that a greater focus on mindset and how teams work together could accelerate satisfaction, build outstanding professionals, and help prevent many issues.  It was about learning what gets in the way of doing the right thing at the right time with the right people. In a nutshell – getting to the root of it all.

This clarity is where my passion for helping professionals and making my own contribution to the profession emerged. I know that many people are longing for that safe and trusted sounding board – someone to listen to you and help you create a process to navigate the challenges of high-risk roles in the profession. Importantly, someone to help you implement your ideas to transform the profession and make your mark.

"Santina is a very active listener, it’s always very clear that she is taking in what I tell her, and her thoughtful responses and feedback always reflect that she has heard and processed what I said......”

I am excited to help you prepare the profession for the future.
